As we indicated in a previous article, a Decree of August 24, 2016 introduced new provisions in the Sports Code with regard to the requirements for a medical certificate in the context of the issue and renewal of sports licenses. A decree of April 20, 2017 specifies the content of the health questionnaire that the athlete must complete in order to know whether or not he is obliged to provide a medical certificate for the renewal of his license.
The Ministerial Decree of April 20, 2017
It is by a ministerial decree dated April 20, 2017 (published in the Official Journal of May 4, 2017) that the health questionnaire required for the renewal of a sports license was published.
Remember that the Decree of August 24, 2016 provides that from July 1, 2017, the presentation of a medical certificate of no contraindication is required every 3 years.
The athlete must nevertheless fill in, between each renewal, a health questionnaire whose content had not yet been specified.
It is now done with this decree.
